What sizes do you offer?
We offer three sizes :
Small - 22cm x 18cm x 10.5cm
Medium - 34.5 x 25 x 10.5 cm
Large - 41 x 32.5 x 11 cm

What colours are available?
We currently offer Black & White, however if you are after a custom colour please reach out!
What are your gift boxes made from?
All of our gift boxes have strong and durable magnetic closing capabilities.
They are made from 1250gsm Board + 120gsm Printed Embossed Paper.
Can I curate my own box?
Are you looking for specific items in your gift box?
We're are more than happy to work with you, to curate your perfect box!

Individual Box - Yes, please reach out for any specific personalisation requests
Corporate - Absolutely, please contact us to arrange how you would like your boxes to be branded!
How do I personalise my inclusions?
Ordering a box with a personalised accessory?
Please leave a note at checkout stating the product you want personalised, with the text you wish to have it customised with!

Do your prices include GST?
Yes. At The Giftbox Collective all of our products are GST inclusive!
How long does delivery take?
All delivery times are specific to your location! For exact time frames please check you tracking, however see below for an estimated time frame! (remember delivery times, are out of controlled of The Giftbox Collective and are additional to our processing times)
NSW : 1-4 business days
VIC: 1-4 business days
QLD: 2-5 business days
ACT: 1-4 business days
SA: 3-6 business days
WA: 3-7 business days
NT: 3-7 business days
TAS:3-7 business days
How long is your turn around time?
For all Individual Boxes our turn around time is 1-5 business days.
For all corporate orders out turn around time may vary, depending on order quantities. We aim to produce your boxes within 7 business days.

Where do I pick up my order from?

After we have received your order, we will advise you of where you can pick up your box from once its ready!
